You have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to return any unwanted items. To remain eligible for a refund, all items must be completely unopened and remain in their original, tamper-proof packaging.

If our holographic distributor seal has been broken or tampered with, the item is no longer in a resalable condition and therefore cannot be accepted for a return.

Damaged Items+

We use robust, crush-proof protection for every order, but we understand that postal accidents can happen. If your package arrives structurally compromised, please contact our support team immediately.

Please include clear photographic evidence of the packaging and the damage. Upon verification, we will rapidly replace the compromised items at no additional cost to you.

Strict Legal Exclusions+

We categorically cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been removed from their protective packaging. Because germination is illegal in the UK without a Home Office licence, we offer zero guarantees on seed viability.

Any correspondence indicating that seeds have been germinated or cultivated will result in the immediate refusal of your refund request and the permanent closure of your account.

If your order arrives structurally damaged, you must contact our support team immediately. Please provide clear photographic evidence of both the damaged packaging and the contents. Upon verification, we will rapidly replace the compromised stock completely free of charge.
