Order Finalization: A legally binding contract is formed the moment your payment clears our secure processing system. An automated confirmation email will act as your official receipt.

Stock Availability: The Cannabis Seed Shop UK reserves the right to cancel or amend any order if unforeseen stock shortages or logistical issues arise. In such rare instances, a full refund will be issued immediately.

Pricing & Promotions: All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where legally applicable. Please note that a minimum spend of £50 on pure seed value is required to qualify for certain exclusive promotions and free delivery options.

Dispatch Protocols: All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked services in accordance with our Delivery Policy. Once an order has been successfully handed over to Royal Mail and a tracking number generated, the primary liability for physical transport shifts to the courier.

Loss & Insurance: While we are not legally liable for packages lost deep within the postal system, our internal customer guarantee ensures we will resend missing orders completely free of charge upon verification of the tracking status.

Strict Liability Waiver: We offer absolutely zero warranties, guarantees, or refunds based on the germination, cultivation, or yields of these products, as doing so would constitute an illegal act within the UK.

Souvenir Use Only: All products sold by The Cannabis Seed Shop UK are strictly for genetic preservation and adult collection purposes. It is illegal to germinate cannabis seeds in the UK without a specific licence from the Home Office.

Customer Responsibility: We do not condone, promote, or encourage the breaking of any regional laws. It is the absolute responsibility of the customer to research and abide by the local laws regarding the possession of cannabis seeds in their specific jurisdiction.

Refusal of Sale: If we have any reason to believe a customer intends to use our products for illegal cultivation, we are legally bound to refuse the sale and immediately terminate the account.
