Order Finalization: A contract is formed the moment your payment is verified. Your order confirmation serves as your official receipt.

Stock Availability: We reserve the right to amend or cancel orders if logistical issues occur, in which case a full refund will be issued immediately.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Promotions or free delivery offers require a minimum spend of £50 in seed value.

Dispatch: Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked services. Once a tracking number is generated, the responsibility for transit lies with the courier.

Lost Packages: Should a package fail to arrive due to postal errors, we offer a reshipment guarantee once the tracking status has been verified by our team.
