Under standard UK consumer regulations, you have a strictly enforced 14-day window from the date of receipt to return any unwanted items for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be completely unopened. They must remain in their original, tamper-proof breeder packaging, in perfect resalable condition, with our iridescent holographic distributor seal completely intact.

We utilize highly durable, crush-proof protective containers specifically designed to prevent transit damage. However, we acknowledge that postal anomalies can occur.

If your order arrives structurally damaged, you must contact our support team immediately. Please provide clear photographic evidence of both the damaged packaging and the contents. Upon verification, we will rapidly replace the compromised stock completely free of charge.

Due to the specific legal nature of these collectibles, we categorically cannot accept returns or issue refunds for seeds that have been removed from their protective packaging or handled.

Furthermore, because germination and cultivation are illegal in the UK without a specific Home Office licence, we offer zero guarantees regarding viability. Any correspondence implying that you intend to, or have already germinated the seeds, will result in an immediate refusal of refund and the permanent closure of your account.
